Delivery
We offer next-day local delivery within a 5 km radius of CostLOW Liquor. A delivery fee of $12.99 + GST will be added at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a link via email and SMS to a real-time tracking page, showing live updates from pickup to delivery.

Notifications
Stay informed every step of the way!

  • You'll be notified when your order is picked up.

  • Get a heads-up when the courier is 5 minutes away.

  • Receive a confirmation once your order is delivered.

Important: PIN Delivery
For added security, you’ll receive a 4-digit PIN that must be shown to the courier upon arrival to complete the delivery.

Valid photo ID may be requested for age verification.

 

Free Delivery Fridays!
For a limited time, enjoy free delivery within a 5 km radius of our store every Friday!

How it works:

  • Place your order by 11 PM on Thursday.

  • At checkout, select your preferred delivery time block and enter coupon code: TGIF for free delivery.

  • You’ll receive a text with an estimated delivery time.

Important Details:

  • A 4-digit PIN (last four digits of your phone number) will be required to verify your order.

  • Valid photo ID may be requested for age verification.

  • Packages will NOT be left unattended. If you're not home to receive your order, it will be returned to the store for pickup at your convenience

  • Curbside Pickup Now Available!

  • For your convenience, we now offer curbside pickup. Simply place your order online and let us know when you'd like to pick it up.

  • We have designated parking spots reserved for curbside pickup. When you arrive, just send us a text, and we’ll bring your order right to your car.

  • To verify your order, we'll ask for a 4-digit PIN — the last four digits of your phone number.
